This year’s Durham Regatta saw fantastic performances for many of our crews. The J18 Coxless Quad (pictured) powered to victory on Sunday, even catching up with the crew from an earlier race, which required some impressive steering. A rigorous training schedule, with expert voluntary support from Mr Smith and former pupil Paddy Reilly-O’Donnell, alongside the total commitment and dedication of the boys, was so rightly rewarded.
Many thanks are due to the staff, parents, family and friends of the school who give countless hours, early mornings, late nights and weekends, in order to support the pupils who benefit from the Boat Club.
