Liturgy and Prayer is not the private activity of a particular school or college, but it is always the celebration of the Church, united with Christ (CCC1140).
The Catechism teaches that as the liturgy, particular the Eucharist, is the source and summit of the Church’s life, it is the ‘privileged place for catechising the People of God’. Catechesis and liturgy are therefore intrinsically linked (CCC 1074). St. Leonard’s offers all members of the school community the opportunity to celebrate regular Holy Mass and Sacramental Reconciliation within our Chapel. We also welcome staff and pupils to Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and encourage pupils to use this opportunity to feel close to Christ to deepen their faith.
