Sixth Form Open Evening
It was lovely to have both current Year 11 students and parents and external candidates at our Open Evening on Thursday 14th October enjoying the ‘buzz’ of our Common Room. In thinking about their choices for next year Year 11 students had the opportunity to visit departments and speak to teachers and Sixth Formers about the range of courses we offer and to explore the excellent enrichment opportunities in our Sixth Form. There was some excellent feedback on the evening from both students and parents and here are a couple of examples:
‘The evening has been incredibly helpful in making a decision for what I want to study. Both the students and the teachers have given so much valuable information that it’ll be difficult to make a choice when the time comes! Everything has been so well thought out and organised.’
‘Very well organised. Students very helpful. Feel very comfortable for my child to come here.’
